Those factors are the common thread that runs through everything we do. What do we exactly do? We are a secondment agency for Polish and other Eastern European temporary workers. Nevertheless, we do more than just find temporary employment and secondment for our employees. We arrange decent accommodation for them, health insurance, certifications and transport. We guide candidates in all the aspects that are required to work in the Netherlands. Things that are obvious to the Dutch workers, but a lot more complicated for people who have just come to live in the Nederland and do not speak the language. Those concern matters such as requesting a social security number (BSN) or registering with a doctor.

Versatile support
We work with coordinators of Polish descent. Our multilingual coordinators supervise the temporary worker from introduction at the workplace to housing. They are also available as a point of contact for any questions. The employee is not alone and will quickly feel 'at home' with us. We pay a lot of attention to the well-being of our employees, for example by arranging proper accommodation with all modern conveniences and sufficient living space.
